By using AIM ASCEND and purchasing any coaching service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Offered
AIM ASCEND provides digital coaching services including:
• 1-on-1 Valorant Coaching (25€)
• VOD Reviews (15€)
• Weekly Training Plans (50€)
• Custom Aim Routines (10€)

2. Booking and Payment
• All payments are processed via payhip.
• Accepted payment methods: PayPal, VISA, Paysafecard.
• Once payment is made, bookings are finalized via Discord.

3. Refund Policy
• No refunds will be granted once a session has started or has been completed.
• Refunds are only possible if the session has not yet taken place and is canceled in advance.
• Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

4. Coaching Results Disclaimer
We do not guarantee rank improvement or specific performance outcomes. Results may vary based on individual effort, time invested, and external factors.

5. User Conduct
By using AIM ASCEND, you agree to:
• Provide accurate information when booking
• Not harass or abuse the coach or platform
• Use the services for personal improvement only

6. Limitation of Liability
AIM ASCEND is not liable for:
• Technical interruptions beyond our control
• Delays caused by third-party platforms (Discord, payment processors)
• Any personal losses incurred from game performance or competitive results

7. Intellectual Property
All custom content (training plans, aim routines) remains the intellectual property of AIM ASCEND. Redistribution without explicit permission is prohibited.

8. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to change prices, offerings, or service terms at any time without prior notice.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Nördlingen.
